Hi,

    Happy Sunday!!  Our day of rest is here again.  I light the candles this morning at church.  I went to market yesterday.  It was cold so I didn’t stay long.

    So how is everyone’s quit going?  I seem to be through the urges and cravings .  When I see people smoking I don’t even think of it anymore.  Enjoy your new life!!  Namaste
