    Happy Wednesday!!  Everything seems to be working this morning.  Yesterday I was hoping the problem was not my phone.  What are your plans for today?  I may get a blood test for an urologist appointment.

    It’s so nice to be off the cigarettes.  For so long I was in bondage.  Now we are free!!  Love the freedom.  Namaste

Good Morning Mike...I am in Florida, so believe it or not...I am going to the pool today...hurt my knee yesterday and thought the heated pool would be good for my knee...good luck on your results for your blood work...Happy Wednesday ~ Colleen 436 DOF
