Sorry - not looking at another gross "smoking did this" picture.  Didn't stop me from smoking before - won't keep me quit now.  Such is the addiction.  I don't think people :"refuse" to quit as much as are afraid to quit. jmho

Wish I had known ALL the effects of smoking when I was younger!  Don't know if it would have made a difference then, but it would have been helpful to know about tooth loss and osteoporosis and wrinkles and blood vessel narrowing sooner!  I just ignored the lung pictures----of course that was not going to happen to MEEEEE!

Every time i had  a craving i watched a quit smoking commercial, if anyone gets a craving, before you light up take a look at what you're doing to yourself . At times it worked for me. Scorched lungs as one member at Qnet would say.. If youre reading and cant post hope all is well Bert!
