Can u add to a previous Blog ? Or do u write a new one each time?

I would write a  new one each time - many times folks don't go back and read old blogs and unless they are following it, would not realize that it had been updated - MOO (My Opinion Only)

Agree with Jennifer-Quit‌  A new blog is the best idea because many will not see a comment to a blog that is old.
