I'm on there as maxpar90 and I'm trying to steer folk here to this site as well; to help through the Quit stresses that happen.

@tedrhew Thanks for referring people from that subreddit here.  I don't think many people here have heard or are a member of Reddit.  It's certainly an entertaining and informative place.

It is very entertaining there for sure! I found that subreddit from the quit smoking app "Smoke Free". Between this website (which I am SO thankful for), the App and Reddit I'm a year and a half smoke free! I come back in to stay in touch for reminders of the journey! 
The bad thing about Reddit though is all of the tangents that you can get quickly distracted to from what you might've been looking for! LOL!
