Hello, I have a quit date of Jan ;8, Monday. It will be a challenge. I have smoked since I was in high school and am not 56. I am kinda scared but have patches and gum ready and have been limiting smokes up to my quit day. How long have you been smoking?

Hello! You post here and we will ALL be your support whether we quit one day or 10 years! That's why we come here........

It's helpful in a quit to get input from everyone...new quitters like your self, people who have a few months under their belt as well as people who have a few years (or many). you never know whose thoughts will pull you through a bad patch.
