Wayne and I quit in October and the holidays were hard, but after the holidays seemed to be a little more difficult. The crash after all the hustle can sometimes be depressing. Just remember its just one day at a time is how this is done. Reach out if your struggling it really does make a difference. You will always regret picking back up but I have never heard one person say they regretted staying quit.
