Give and get support around quitting
The weekend is upon us and the first few weekends in the begging of ones quit can be difficult but not impossible. Change up your routine if you can, if your a coffee drinker have a tea in the morning, go for a walk before getting ready for the day, avoid people and places that can be triggers if possible. Avoid alcohol, alcohol can play a huge part in relapsing. Come here and post/read when those craves wont leave, wait for three responses and if it still wont leave post again. You will find support and humor. Sometimes humor can be the best medicine.
