    The life after nicotine is more than I ever expected!!  Smoking I dreaded quitting.  Now coming up on eight years quit, I love it!!  Stay with it!!  It’s great!!  Namaste

    The first month was the hardest for me.  Then I started to notice progress.  As the months went by, I felt better and better.
