If your health plan provider or employer participates in The EX Program you may be provided NRT however if you are not it is best to contact your state's quitline at 800-QUIT-NOW to see if you qualify. Otherwise contact your county health department or health care professional to find out what options are available to you locally. If you're logged into Becomeanex.org and you see an orange EX Coach chat bubble in the lower right of your screen you're sponsored and you can speak with them to see what you're eligible to receive. If you don't see the chat bubble then you're not listed as sponsored.
