TODAY WAS NUMBER ONE AND MANY MORE TO COME

I have been quit for 1 Day, 2 hours, 26 minutes and 26 seconds. I have saved $4.12 by not smoking 33 cigarettes. I have saved 2 hours and 45 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 8/18/2008 5:00 PM

There will NEVER, EVER be another Day 1 - I told myself that over, and over; cuz my Day was the day from HELL !!!

One day at a time....good job....keep a good attitude; keep drinking lots of water; and keep in touch here...there is SO much support and help here !!!

Now...on to 1 WEEK.....YEA !!! My best to you !!
