My sister is staying with me and she smokes, what do I do

Ask her to support your quit by only smoking outside away from your sight and to keep her cigarettes, lighter, ashtray out of your sight, as well.  If the smell is bothering you, put a bit of Vicks under your nose....it helps to block the smell and is a reminder of your decision to quit.

And remember first and foremost - she doesn't GET to smoke; she HAS to smoke ------ and you don't!

CONGRATS ON YOUR NON SMOKER LIFE STYLE ! GOOD JOB!  IN MY early RECOVERY -  I just asked MY family -  I recently quit smoking and it was very hard and I didn't want to smoke so please will they smoke OUTSIDE and some congratulated ME and some said they tried to quit and they ALL agreed to smoke out side- I was THREE MONTHS NICOTINE FREE AT THAT TIME - thanks for sharing and gentle hug.
