Hi everyone,

    Happy Sunday!!  Soon it will be time for church and Sunday School.  I light the candles again today.  The cake turned out pretty good.  It tastes better than it looks!!  I hope everybody is taking lots of pictures at Virginia Beach!!  I look forward to seeing them!!

    Isn’t it great to be off the nicotine?  It’s a horrible drug!!  For over 40 years I tried to keep myself from going to high or low on nicotine.  I always was smelling like smoke!!  Now I’m recovering, thanks to EX!!  Keep your quit!!  You can do it!!  Namaste

Good morning, Mike   I am so looking forward to the pictures from the Ex reunion!!  One day I may get there...but if not, I won't smoke over it!!  And that makes all the difference to me!  Happy Sunday
