    Happy Friday!!  The shopping trip to the mall went well.  The temperature is to be in the 70’s and 80’s for a week!!  That’s fine with me!!  What are everybody’s plans for the weekend?

    We are free!!  Isn’t it great to be free of nicotine addiction?  Nicotine is a horrible drug!!  For over 40 years I reached for a cigarette.  EX gave me the help I needed to quit smoking!!  I just couldn’t throw them away and forget them!!  You can quit and stay quit!!  Namaste
