How do I message Mark site manager?

Please help ME how do I message EX. Site manger- Mark- i type his name in message and NOTHING- Thank you.

To send me a private message

1. Find my username(red box) on the site and hover over it until the hovercard pops up. Then click Message on the hovercard pop-up (blue box).

Or

2. Click on my profile Mark‌ and then click Actions > Send direct message. 

To email me:

To send a public message:

Type in @"mark" and then select me from the list.
