Can I take Burpropion and patches together?

Everything I've ever read you can.  I took Welbutrin and used nicotrol inhalers.  It should say on the prescription instructions or you can ask the doctor or pharmacist.

You should contact your pharmacist and ask...they are very knowledgeable in what can be taken together...~ Colleen 112 DOF

I've done every combination of Chantix, Wellbutrin, the patch and nicotine lozenges with no bad side effects.  Unfortunately, I relapsed many times, but not because of the aids I was using, I just wasn't mentally prepared to quit.

Kayla, I just saw this, but thought I'd share.  I used Bupropion and the patch to quit.  If a person can go cold turkey, great.  I tried that road a lot of times, obviously unsuccessfully.  I not only was addicted to cigs, but also to chewing Nicorette.  So, I chose to use the Bupropion and started with the 14 mg patch.  I weaned off the patch 6 weeks later and continued on the med for 3 months total.  I now have 200 days quit!  Hope this helps you.
