     Happy Friday!!!!!!  Here comes the weekend again!!!!!  Then comes the New Year!!!!!  I hope everybody has a good one!!!!!!

     The journey is taking us into a brand new year!!!!!!  I hope it’s smoke free for all!!!!!  Life is so much better without nicotine!!!!!!  I use to think I would be giving something up;  now I look at it as gaining something!!!!!  Stay with it!!!!!!  Namaste
