Hi everyone,

    Happy Thursday!!!!!  The yoga and mindfulness are going well!!!!!!  They seem to be a big help with life!!!!!  The yoga keeps me in shape and the mindfulness helps with the stress!!!!!  

    Isn’t off the nicotine something?  We are able to do new things and explore different possibilities!!!!!  No longer are we wrapped up in a smoke world!!!!!  Our lives aren’t the lives of addiction anymore!!!!!  Enjoy!!!!!   Namaste
