      Happy Thursday!!!!!!  How’s it going?  I had the cat scan yesterday.  I should have the results soon.  Prayer meeting was a good time.

       Isn’t it nice to just breathe plain old air?  For so many years I inhaled snoke and air!!!!!  I smelled like smoke too!!!!!  When I exercised, I smelled smoke.  Now I enjoy good old air!!!!!!  You can too!!!!!!  Stay with it!!!!!!  Namaste

Missed this morning, had to have my husband at the eye doctor.  Please do let us know when you get the CT Scan results...some of mine were ready in 24-48 hours and others took a few days, particularly if there was a weekend involved.  Hope today is relaxing and peaceful for you.
