Hi all,

    Happy Monday!!!!!  Church and Sunday school were a good time yesterday.  This morning I will go to the Internet cafe.

      As Allen Carr says, “We have given up ‘Absolutely Nothing ‘ !!!!!!  We have only lost sickness!!!!!!  There is much to be gained by quitting smoking!!!!!  Stay with it!!!!!  Namaste
