I was rereading Allen Carr’s book again. He stresses the fact that smoking is all an illusion!!!!!! We have been brainwashed by advertising!!!!! The truth is it’s an addictive killer!!!!! Stay strong in your quit!!!!! You can do this!!!!!! Namaste
Brainwashed indeed but no more!!!!! GM Mike. I go for my license tomorrow. I've been practicing I should pass and I am hopeful and confident but there is the off-chance that I don't and that would be devastating. I'm strong in my quit. That's the most important thing right now. Namaste.
