What can you do to make it more bearable? Plan a get together one evening with friends? Go for a long, brisk walk? Go to the gym and blow off steam? I remember having SO much anger when my husband left me with my daughters (4 and 6 YO at the time) and no $$$ for a babysitter. When I had them outside to play, I would march up and down in the driveway as hard and fast as I could and, in my head, repeat the mantra, "H*ck, (first and last name), H*ck (his name), H*ck, H*ck, H*ck !) It relieved a LOT of the pent up anger. Funny - to this day when I refer to him, I STILL use the first and last name - and only recently realized the origin!
You need to take care of you - you are WORTH IT!
Jennifer-Quit-05-01-14 I am really sorry to hear this...changes in coworkers or schedule or workload? You absolutely can get through this and of COURSE you will stay smoke free. I hope that things get better soon.
