Hi,

    Happy Thursday!!!!!  I hope everyone had a good Fourth!!!!  Today I have a routine doctor’s appointment.  Yesterday I went to an AA meeting that was outside.  That was a first for me.

     So how is everybody’s new life going?  EX has given us a new start!!!!!  We are free of addiction to nicotine!!!!!!  For over forty I thought I just had a bad habit.  I was very wrong!!!!!!  It’s a killer!!!!!  Namaste

Yes, we all thought smoking was just a "bad habit."  And then we wised up through education.  And moved on to find Freedom is a beautiful thing!  NADO

Happy Thursday Mike.  I had a medical appointment today as well.  My fourth was filled with family and good food laughs and Clint Eastwood movies!  So glad I didn't have to break to go have a cigarette during any of the festivities.  So glad that I am finally FREE even tho I carry an oxygen tank on my back.  Namaste
