Dizziness?

Hi, has anyone experienced dizziness with quitting?  It's been on and off all day for me today.  I'm thinking it might be from the patch?  Hopefully it passes.  I don't know if I'd be able to handle feeling like this every day...

I wonder if your patch strength is matching your previous cigarette intake?  A cigarette is about a milligram of nicotine.  Dizziness can be a sign of too much nicotine?!

It also can be an early withdrawal symptom:  https://excommunity.becomeanex.org/groups/best-of-ex/blog/2018/01/04/early-withdrawal-symptoms.

Be careful upon standing or turning quickly....don't want to add a fall to the mix!

Yes it’s been a strange day need lasagna

I was sort of spacy the first month. Also, sunlight seemed brighter when I'd go outside.
