Hi everyone, Today is my 28th day Smoke Free. April 26, 18 was the day I stopped smoking. Cold Turkey. It was rough the 1st wk but my body told me enough as many times I tried to stop in my past, I had to do it this time. I am just so proud of myself. I never did want to stop but I knew I had to bc smoking has conseqences.

Celebrating 29 wonderful smoke free days.  It's pretty common for folks to say they didn't want to quit smoking. I know I didn't.  Now I realize that was the addiction talking.
