Why aren't Badges sending?

I am sending badges but when I hit send they do not get sent ....what is up with that ?

That's happend to me alot in the past so I quit trying but Mark can check it out for you which might help me try again too .  thanks Bonnie have a great Monday it was chilly this morning at 25°F but we might hit 56 by this afternoon.

Can you post a screenshot of what you're seeing/ I need to see an error to investigate further.

Windows:

Hello Mark I cannot do all that with a kindle fire . The badges were working a Few weeks ago on this device .
