My quit is going well. It’s been a long time since I had any urges or cravings!!!!! I usually don’t even think of cigarettes anymore!!!!!! That’s something I did many years ago!!!!!! I don’t do that now. Stay with it!!!!!!! You can do it!!!!!! Namaste
