Happy Tuesday!! How is everybody’s new week going? We are to get some rain here today. I am still doing yoga every day!!!! It’s good for the body.
Beware the illusion and myth of smoking. It had me for over 40 years!!!!!! What a darkness it is!!!!! Don’t even think it was enjoyable!!!!! It’s a killer!!!! Namaste

Namaste. Experiencing a bit of discomfort from ETD-made a mental pact to enter the road to physical health that began yesterday-yet another mantra to add to my day--yes I can and yes I will:) Going to an art class tonight that I am pretty excited about - Encaustic painting.
