    Happy Friday!!!!!!!  It’s the end of the week again!!!!!   Yesterday I got all my Christmas cards done.  Merry Christmas!!!!!  Are you in the spirit yet?

     How is everybody’s quit going this fine holiday season?  Isn’t it great we do not have to ruin good times with a smoke?  We are healing instead of getting sicker!!!!!!  Stay with it!!!!!!  Namaste

Good morning Mike- My little tree is up and decorated and the Christmas music is playing!!! Tis the season! I don't send out cards anymore as its easier to shoot an email or post it on FB, but I give you credit for getting your cards done and out. It feels great to be smoke free this holiday season!!!! Merry Christmas!

Hi there, Mike.  I stopped sending cards a few years ago, I HAD to take something off my plate.  I love Christmas, I love the feeling of people being just a little nicer, a little kinder toward each other.  I am not a fan of the stress but it goes with the territory...my quit is FINE, I don't have TIME to smoke.
