Day 2: Compassion and Care

Today I will practice self-compassion and self-care by:

  • Cooking myself a delicious breakfast
  • Reading the new book I bought
  • Petting the house cat 
  • Enjoying the first cup of coffee
  • Reminding myself of how strong I truly am
  • Practicing patience with anxiety
