Hi all,

    Happy Monday!!!!!!  Today is my physical therapy evaluation.  Then I will know what is really wrong with my back.  After the evaluation I am calling work to let them know I am retiring.

    Isn't it great that know matter what happens we do not have to smoke over it.  Slowly but surely we become strong enough to resist every temptation.  I use to smoke over everything.  Namaste

WOW! Big day for you, Mike! Best Wishes on your retirement! I hope you get good news with your back, also. Today is my first day at Comcast and yes, I'm glad I'm starting this job Smoke FREE! Before, I would have been smoking like a chimney just about now! Instead, I'm watching Judge Judy and will head out to the gym in a little while.
