Hi all,

    Happy Friday!!!!!!!  Here comes the weekend already!!!!! I thought this Saturday I would clean the oven.  It doesn't look to dirty.  

    How are you doing with your quit?  It's great I no longer have urges and cravings!!!!!  It took many a year , but now they are pretty well gone.  My decision is to live smoke free!!!! Well take care!!!!
