So I am at day 4 as an ex, my triggers seem to hit at 11am during the work week, have lots of support from coworkers who will walk with me if I need to just move and do something else for 10 minutes...afternoon I am finding I am very tired. I am so happy I am doing this but it's not easy, glad to have a place to communicate.
Good job and congrats on day 4! You're right it's not easy but it is doable and you'll be so glad you did it! Nicotine is a stimulant so it's not unusual to feel tired when you stop using it. Stick with it. Be proud of yourself and know you are doing the best thing you can do for yourself. Keep blogging and learn all you can about quitting and nicotine addiction.
