How do I  change the photo on my profile page?

Go to the top right where your photo is and you will get a drop down list. Choose edit profile. You can also store around 10 pictures in the photos folder and change them when you want.

Jonescarp is correct. Additional you can add a banner image to your profile.  Click the add banner button in upper right of profile page to browse your computer and add a banner.  

Also when on your profile page there is an edit profile link on left side to edit profile.  It will let you change both avatar and profile images.

Oh must use a computer   Someday I will do that profile photo

If you can upload a photo from your device to facebook or other site, you should be able to do it here.
