Give and get support around quitting
What works best? Nicotine gum, the patch or prescription medicine? Curious to know what others have used and what worked best for them?
I am sure that some others will be commenting soon, but I quit cold turkey 9 and a half months ago with the help of sugar free mints and chomping on raw carrots and celery sticks when I was having a tough time with cravings the chomping noise seemed to relax me . Maybe go to Jonescarps aka dales page concerning the first 4 months of your quit which I read several times in the few months of my quit.
