I just want to suggest to all of the newbies like me to go to " The Best of Ex " page (go to the search bar ) and read some excellent blogs by some wonderful Ex'ers to help you with your quit and how to stay in your quit !

I so agree, Bonnie!!  And I do think we can post those blogs that really move us to Best of Ex.  I think it should be an active group!

I'll do that. Just set my quit date today. It is for 04-14-215. This is my umpteenth time. I am determined to get my energy, health and natural peace of mind back.
