I just joined become an ex yesterday and am really excited about it. I have picked October 15 as my quit date since this is also my 20th wedding anniversary. Wouldn't this be a great gift for my husband. Good luck to everyone trying to quit no matter what their date may be and congratulations to all who have quit.
I wish I could take patches but my health doesn't allow it. So I have to cold turkey it when the time comes. I heard however from a friend that chantix worked for her.
I just joined today, and have also picked Oct 8th which is my daughter's birthday. She was so excited when I told her - so even more motivation. I'll start the Chantix tomorrow. I'll send positive thoughts to all of you.
