welbutrin + patches

i am using welbutrin and nicotine patches as part of my quitting. it is day two since ive quit and it is going well.  this is my second week on welbutrin and I think it is affecting my dreams in a negative way.  which medication should i wean off of first? i see the dr again May 6 and was going to ask him to start weaning me off the webutrin at that time.  Anyone who has done these meds before have any advice? maybe i should mention that i am on suboxone too for this post

I quit by using Wellbutrin and the patch, and it worked for me after trying to quit a number of other ways.  I was on the med for a week before I quit, then on the day I quit I slapped on the 14 MG patch.  I stayed on the patch for 6 weeks, moving down to the 7 MG patch for the last two weeks.  I stayed on the Wellbutrin for 3 months.  This, plus this board and it's people, have worked for me!
