It has been 4 days since I quit smoking. I had the ear “zapping” done. I went again today for a second round even though I did not smoke I had some withdrawal symptoms. Does it get easier ? I am still finding it very hard not to think about and want to smoke
We all are soooooo impatient to “get it over with”... BUT... I smoked for over 50 years and I could not think that the “success” would come overnight... One day at a time, and if I don’t light up, it gets better and better and better!
Everything we do takes time... Why would I think smoking would be any different?
