I know what you mean.  This my 10th time quitting in the past couple of years.  I have found it's all about your NEXT choice.  Don't focus on your past mistakes.  Good Luck

I have had a very difficult time also, sometimes I feel I can't function but I am so ready to give cigs the boot.

Hi, I am new to this site, but not new to trying to quit smoking. I am always trying to quit cold turkey, but it never works. I figure this should be a great way because there is a plan. I am looking for support because I know I can't do this on my own. I am on the first day of counting my cig smoking and locating my triggers. Hopefully this will help me quit for good.
