Give and get support around quitting
You change your routine.
You stop talking yourself into smoking.
You quit thinking you're giving up something.
You understand smoking doesn't fix anything.
You learn to avoid risky situations.
You find something to replace the dopamine release you received from smoking.
Especially the second one. Our own brains can be our worst enemies.
