How did you obtain them? By calling? Filling out an online form?  Emailing somewhere? Some of the State Quitlines probably refer people to us but we don't send any patches to anyone. And we don't collect mailing addresses except for people who request wallet cards to refer other people to the site. The address is only used for that purpose.

Im an online member of 1800 quitnow and they give up to 4 orders of nrt gum in boxes of 100 not sure how many weeks that is but its a heck of alot and it got me through. Im not sure how their patches orders work.
