I hadn't quite set my quit date, but July 4th sounds like a great day to start stopping. I just joined Ex yesterday, but I've known this time was coming for three years. I promised when I finished my contract with the National Guard I was gonna quit. July 1st is the official day out. I admit I'm nervous, and more than a little worried about it all, but I've got a daughter to think about. I really don't want her to fall into this trap. Plus I have asthma, which makes me feel sick as hell when I smoke. No more no more.
