Hi anybody have good ideas for whiter teeth that can be done at home. I need something that really works on a long time smokers teeth and would love if it does not cost much. Before I buy anything would love to know what any of you may have tried and have been happy with the results
I go to the dentist to have mines cleaned, but i hear crest has a pretty good whitener in stores now. cost about $30 i think. u may want to check that out.
Hi, Actually there is a bleaching kit you can get from your dentist it very inexpensive and really works. They make a mold of your teeth and you insert these mouth piece devices when you go to sleep. There very comfortable and 2 weeks pearly white!
baking soda and a couple drops of peroxide...make a goo out of it and brush away. I do this 3 times a week and my teeth are white...even though I spoke a lot.
