What are some,good alternatives to smoking while driving?

I commute for about an hour both to and from work. i used to drive a taxi and delivery truck and I have smoked through it all

Listen to music, Sour Patch Kids and chewing on straws were my go to.  I also keep something to read in my car in case I arrive early.
