Always - sleep. A whole night's worth. That's really the only thing I need. For sleep is a healing agent for our bodies. Without that, ... well you who don't sleep well - know from whereof I speak. And I sympathize with all who are sleep deprived. Fortunately the sleep deprivation from the early stages of quitting goes away.
