Hello. My name is Maegan. My quit day was set for October 1, but I’ve been having such a hard time.
Hi Meagan, I'm George. I am now on my day 45 of quitting. I can relate to your difficulties, as we all can on this site. There is no getting around the fact that quitting is hard. All we can do is "DONT GIVE IN". Just take it hour by hour. By the way, nicotine gum helped me get through some of the cravings. We are all pulling for you.
I’m josh. I’m 25. I’ve been a pack a day smoker for 7 years. I am now 2 months nicotine free.

WAY TO GO JOSH!!! Quite the accomplishment. How are you doing? I just hit two months smoke free today as well.
I’ve been really anxious recently but no urge to smoke. I’ve been constipated ever since I quit though, which sucks (This time cold turkey). It’s starting to get really cold here now (in Minnesota days at -30 happen every year) so it makes me glad that I quit so I don’t have to go outside every hour .
Two months is awesome! How’re you feeling about your quit tyndallgw?
I'm doing pretty good, thanks for asking. I actually used Nicorette gum to help me quit. I am now weaning myself off of this, but I still chew 5 pcs a day currently. Weather here in No California is starting to change, but we've still been in the 90's during the day.

Welcome! Congrats on your progress! There are some posts on that issue here on the community. Search using magnifying glass in the upper right of every page to see if you find something that works for you.
Good job weaning yourself off! Hopefully you're safe from the fires. Hoping also you're staying out of that smoke as well.
Yes we aim for being non-judgemental here. Yes on on occasion people aren't perfect but the site is intended to help people quit no matter who they are or where they come from across the states.
We have information in Community Help. The directions you're looking for are in https://excommunity.becomeanex.org/docs/DOC-1123-changing-my-avatar-and-profile-picture .
