Two years ago, I simply quit. I had an overnight stay in the hospital and when I left, I just never bought anymore. I was out, so why replenish the poison, right?
Between the support here at Ex and my daily posting on Twitter for the first few weeks/months (I don't remember how long I did it), I was never alone.
