Tomorrow is my "new" quit day. I had a failed attempt last month, but now I`m back on the wagon and ready to try again. I have gum if I need it, but I`m going to try to do it without any aides.
I`m feeling both nervous AND optimistic. I know quitting is not easy, but these days I just HATE smoking. I get no pleasure from it and I feel guilty everytime I light up.
