Today is 11 years without smokes for me it feels so good

For 11 years now I have been telling the king of the Nico demons access denied when he wants to get into my head again and play mind games with me.  It’s a wonderful feeling to wake up and not have to go buy more smokes to get me through the day.  This month at least 5 times my grandson has said to me it’s almost the 31^st that’s your anniversary then I smile because he remembered and my quit date is not even marked on the calendar on the refrigerator.   

Now I have to have some music to celebrate with.
